I will see you in the comfort of your own home or at my Clinic at Meadowisde Osteopoathy in Farnham (Thursdays only) for one-to-one breastfeeding / bottle-feeding support, tongue-tie assessment and division if required.

I will travel to most locations in Surrey and Hampshire, as well as some areas in Berkshire & West Sussex. Subject to your location there may be an additional travel charge.

  • If you are experiencing breastfeeding issues such as latch and positioning difficulties, sore nipples, low milk supply, reflux, fussy feeding or have any other concerns I can help.

    I always start with a comprehensive breastfeeding, physical and oral assessment followed by bespoke support and an individual feeding plan.

    Additional support is available to you both in person and remotely as required.

  • If you think your baby may have tongue-tie, I will conduct a comprehensive assessment before advising on the best treatment.

    I can carry out a tongue-tie division if required and will provide you with detailed aftercare advice and a free follow up phone call.

  • Item dYour baby's we ight will be measured using medical-grade scales and recorded in their personal health record (Red Book), where it will be plotted on the centile chart. The assessment also includes a thorough check of their physical appearance and development.

  • A guide to establishing optimal conditions for successful breastfeeding initiation. This comprehensive session covers essential topics, such as principles of effective positioning and attachment, along with detailed instructions and demonstration of hand expression and colostrum harvesting (syringes included). Recommended for booking at 36 weeks of pregnancy, this specialised program aims to address common breastfeeding challenges, offering invaluable insights to empower and assist you in the initiation of a successful breastfeeding journey.
